RETURNS
We're driven by being "thoughtful" always and want this experience to be awesome for everyone. At BOX Babe and we consider each shake and throw the gifts could incur between our studio and arrival to your friends and family. We will do our best to ensure everything arrives in the same shape it left us in. Due to the nature of the items we include in our gift boxes, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
SUBSTITUTIONS
Due to the nature of our purchasing process, all products are subject to minor change based upon availability. We strive to support small businesses and they often create in small-batches. If a product is unavailable, we will replace it with a similar item of equal or greater value. We will not replace the quality of the products or the aesthetic of your Gift.
ALLERGENS
BOX Babe will not assume liability for damages or adverse reactions from products or their ingredients. BOX Babe does not make food or create any of the products provided in the Gifts they curate. Food items may contain traces of peanuts, tree nuts & wheat (milk chocolate bars also contain whole milk powder). Please be aware when ordering for those you love and please read the labels before consuming and/or using. BOX Babe will not assume any liability for reactions to products bought or received from BOX Babe, labeled or non-labeled.
