If you see something you like in our Collections, but have a color or specific flavor/scent request, please feel free to let us know in the NOTE section before you put it in the CART. *If you'd like a completely custom & unique Gift, you can also make Special Requests from the Custom Shop page. We'll curate a Gift especially for you at no extra cost.

BOX Babe provides a Concierge service, through our Custom Shop, that will shop for specific and unique items of interest for your Gifts. This service is billed accordingly and is explained further when a Custom Gift Form is submitted.

Our Concierge, through our Custom Shop, will efficiently maintain your calendar for specific people you wish to Gift. Details can be explained further through submitting a Custom Gift Form. Our Clients Gift all of their kids' for their wedding anniversaries and birthdays; Doctors and Surgeons Gift for their employee's work anniversaries; and Corporate Directors Gift their teams for virtual meetings, company onboarding, off-sites, and corporate events. We'd love to chat to see if we're a good fit for your calendar maintenance needs. We're happy give you one less thing to worry about.

We don't make, create, or produce any of the items that we gather for our curated Gifts. We work closely with artisans and small businesses (as well as large vendors) to find and offer products we find both unique and of high quality. We love supporting small businesses, especially women and minority owned businesses. *BOX Babe will not assume liability for damages or adverse reactions from products or their ingredients.

Food items we use may contain traces of peanuts, tree nuts & wheat (milk chocolate bars also contain whole milk powder). Please be aware when ordering for those you love and please read the labels before consuming. BOX Babe will not assume any liability for reactions to food products bought or received from BOX Babe, labeled or non-labeled.

Gift boxes are always lined with tissue, padded as necessary then filled with tissue, crinkle and your gathered gifts. Before closing the box, we wrap the tissue tightly around everything in an extra effort to ensure nothing will move around. Each box is tied with a coordinating bow then wrapped appropriately (bubble wrap, shipping paper, etc) before being placed in a shipping box. We don't brand our Gift boxes (however, we will provide your logo, company branding colors, etc through the Custom Shop). We feel the Gift boxes are a beautiful Gift, not our opportunity to advertise and want to share your thoughtfulness not our business. We offer a variety of boxes that can be recycled, repurposed or even re-gifted. Collection Gifts are gathered in white cardboard boxes that are very sturdy and 100% biodegradable. They're not only good for the environment, they're also economical. Our signature laminate gloss or kraft boxes are available as an upgrade and have magnetic flap lids. They're durable and stylish for re-use or re-gifting! They easily unfold flat to store. Our wood keepsake box with a sliding lid is a favorite on special orders, usually filled with finely shredded wood fill, completely organic and beautiful. This item can be reclaimed for many other uses and the company that makes them for us plants new trees and utilizes fallen trees as much as possible. We also have a variety of other options including: jute tote bags, crates, sea grass baskets, and galvanized containers. (upon request through our Custom Shop, we'll find what you're looking for!)
