What if I have a special request?
If you see something you like, but have a color or specific flavor request, please feel free to let us know. You can include it at checkout in a NOTE or email us from the Custom Shop page. We'll do our very best to make your gift unique and personalized!
Do you offer personal shopping?
We offer a Concierge service, through our Custom Shop, to shop for specific and unique items of interest. This service is billed accordingly and is explained further when a Custom Gift Form is submitted.
Do you offer calendar maintenance?
Our Concierge, through our Custom Shop, can help you maintain a calendar for specific people you wish to gift. Details can be explained further through submitting a Custom Gift Form. We have clients that gift all of their kids' for their wedding anniversaries and we have doctors and surgeons who gift for their employee's work anniversaries. We're happy to chat to see if we're a good fit for your calendaring needs.
Where do you source your products?
We don't make, create, or produce any of the items that we gather for our curated gifts. We work closely with artisans and small businesses, as well as large businesses, to find and offer products we find both unique and of high quality. BOX Babe will not assume liability for damages or adverse reactions from products or their ingredients.
Do your boxes feature any common allergens?
Food items we use may contain traces of peanuts, tree nuts & wheat (milk chocolate bars also contain whole milk powder). Please be aware when ordering goodies for those you love and please read the labels before consuming. BOX Babe will not assume any liability for reactions to food products bought or received from BOX Babe, labeled or non-labeled.
